This was one of those Adult Lunchable Boards we like to call charcuterie now, LOL. They are a great way to show of the grain of wood and be a functional piece for parties.
The Troop Decided they wanted to take a trip to go Ice fishing. We had an awesome time, and here are some of the pictures from the adventure.
1st night at Cole Canoe base in Alger, Michigan

It's easier to know when fish aren't even around when you have a camera to see the bait.
We did end up catching a few.
But we wanted to do some exploring as well. Munising falls was Beautifully frozen.
Another set of falls, was equally "cool".
but I really enjoyed the walk out to the Ice Caves on Grand Island... 1 mile walk out to the island across the frozen great lake!

After a multi year battle with Parkinson's, my father lost his battle with the disease. He had put up a good fight for many years. During the preparations for his Funeral I decided I wanted to make the urn for him to be laid to rest in. His love of Mission style furniture inspired me to make the following. I'm sure he would have been thrilled to see this honor to him.
